His Story: Little Hugh is a very lovely and affectionate male kitten. One day his rescuer heard a kitten crying in a sewer. The rescuer knew that the kitten was trapped inside the sewer. The rescuer decided to call 119 and the firefighters took the kitten out and saved him. At that time, the kitten was very weak. The rescuer took care of the kitten for several weeks and luckily the kitten survived. That little fighter is Little Hugh and then he was sent to the PPAR Shelter, where he is waiting to be adopted.
 
Little Hugh is an energetic and cute boy, and he also gets along well with other kitties at the shelter. He likes playing with the volunteers and loves cuddling!
