Today, we would like to show you how to make Superfood Soya Milk.

Already a very healthy beverage loaded with protein, homemade hot soya milk is great for the cold weather, and is very economical and simple to make yourself!

Our version is special because of the addition of superfood ingredients, such as Chia Seeds, Flaxseeds and Walnuts. High in Omega-3, these foods are very good for your skin and cognitive function, and may help fight aging. We also add red dates for sweetness

Why Fit Girls Get More Attention Than Skinny Girls read more
Dec-4th-2016 | Post by SuperfoodStyle
Many girls hold the mistaken belief that the ideal female physique is super skinny. This may have been true in the past, and certainly not all guys have the same taste. However, I know I'm not alone when I say that I will take a fit girl over a skinny one any day!

A fit, toned physique on a girl shows that she is strong, independent and knows how to take care of herself. These are all very attractive traits in a potential partner, one with whom you can share a long and healthy life together.

My advice to girls: ditch the diet and the treadmills! Unless you are actually obese (not the case for the vast majority of our readers), eating to lose weight has little to no health benefits, and in fact may actually lead to malnourishment.

Air pollution is now one of the most pressing environmental concerns. While nine out of the ten most polluted cities in the world lie in India and Pakistan that leaves no room for complacency amongst other countries; partly because they too have their own issues and also because we live in a connected ecosystem.

What Is Air Pollution?
Air pollution is a complex topic as so many factors are responsible for the poor quality of our air. However, simply put, air pollution is any chemical, physical or biological change which causes the atmosphere to become dirty and thus risks not only our own potential for survival but also that of other animals and plants.

Air pollution can also be further divided into two distinct categories; visible and invisible. Both can lead to an alteration of the delicate balance of our atmosphere and cause problems to health on a local scale and also damage to the ecosystem globally in terms of depletion of the ozone layer leading to climate change.

To our interest, “Wanghong” is not far away from expat residents in China, because some expats have been a member of this list.

“阿福Thomas”a German chap married with a Shanghaiese girl, his selfie cosplay video about wife’s family was surprisingly favored by many local Chinese, receiving strong attention from various media and achieving invitation with many television programs. This big incentive encourages Thomas going on the track of professional “Wanghong” then.

Disclosure: everyone will still think you are annoying when taking pics at the restaurant, but at least you will get better shots.

Use natural light (ditch the flash)

Everyone in the restaurant, including your hubby/bf, hates you when you take a picture using flash. And your pics don’t even come nice. That fake light is not doing any good to your photo, so it is about time you ditch the flash.

Natural light is the way to go, move around and try to find the best lighting. If you are not at home and moving around trying to get the perfect lighting is not an option, you can use a white napkin to improve the lighting.

Show the process

If you are taking pictures of something you cooked yourself, you can try making your photos more dynamic by showing the process (e.g. some maple syrup being poured on
