“Superfood豆浆”
 

Already a very healthy beverage loaded with protein, homemade hot soya milk is great for the cold weather, and is very economical and simple to make yourself!
大街上各种掺水的豆浆不去说它,很多姑娘们都会在家里自制热豆浆,因为不仅经济实惠,而且自制的豆浆才真正的既健康又富含蛋白质,尤其适合冬日饮用。

Our version is special because of the addition of superfood ingredients, such as Chia Seeds, Flaxseeds and Walnuts. High in Omega-3, these foods are very good for your skin and cognitive function, and may help fight aging. We also add red dates for sweetness
不过,我们的“Superfood豆浆”你一定闻所未闻,因为我们加了Superfood(超级食品)原料,比如奇亚籽(源自美洲的超级食品),亚麻籽还有核桃。这些富含Omega-3的食物对皮肤有诸多益处还有助增强记忆力,对抗衰老也有效果。还有一个秘密武器就是红枣,因为不额外加糖,红枣就起到了增加甜度的作用。

Superfood豆浆

Superfood Soya Milk

配料:(400毫升豆浆)
Ingredients: (400ml soymilk)

Soya beans --> 30g
Chia Seeds --> One Tablespoon
Flaxseeds --> One Tablespoon
Walnuts, finely chopped --> One Tablespoon
Red dates, finely chopped --> To taste (add more for sweeter soya milk)
Water --> 400 mL

大豆 --> 30克
奇亚籽-->一勺
亚麻籽-->一勺
核桃(切成小块)-->一勺
红枣(切成小块)-->按口味喜好添加

水-->400毫升

 

步骤:

Steps:

1) Soak soya beans in water for a few hours, or overnight
2) Place flaxseeds, walnuts, red dates and soaked soya beans into the machine
3) Add water and mix well
4) Cook for 15 minutes, or according to the machine's specifications
5) Add chia seeds and stir well
6) Enjoy!

 

1) 把大豆泡几个小时,或者一个晚上

2)把切好的亚麻籽、核桃、红枣和泡好的大豆放到豆浆机里

3)加水调匀

4)煮十五分钟,或者根据豆浆机调整时间

5)最后加入奇亚籽,搅拌一下
